Pricing depends on the scope of the project. Items that can effect pricing are how many rooms, how much construction will be required, how much new furniture is to be purchased, quality of materials, etc. RLI works on a per hour design rate, so you will be billed separately for hours and purchases made. All purchases will be presented to you prior for approval, and in accordance to your budget.
